Examples
Following are a few examples of how various consultations are able to help on specific items and business requirements of various companies and professionals worldwide and we believe that we should be able to address most of the business requirements or inquiries as we have a large network of professionals available in our network for stepping in for a consultation.
Example No.1:
A business based in the UK wanted to increase their sales using the online channels and they were not having the expertise or understanding of how to plan this online marketing and one of our network members was able to give them a very clear picture on how to go about their online marketing plan and also the best way to execute it in the lowest budget possible.
Example No. 2:
A fund manager in USA wanted to outsource some of their processing work and data crunching work to India and they had heard about larger companies doing it as part of their IT outsourcing work but this fund manager was not sure how it could be done for a boutique firm like theirs and one of our network members had expertise in helping niche funds, hedge funds and boutique funds in outsourcing their data processing work in a confidential manner to some specific outsourcing companies and those inputs were valuable to this fund manager and it helped them take next steps.
Example No. 3:
A legal company in New York wanted to outsource some of their legal processing work to India because they had heard that the quality is good and cost-saving can be passed on to customers and hence they can make their offering more price competitive, but they weren’t sure which legal processing, outsourcing companies to shortlist because there were many companies who could do things and they wanted somebody who has already done that, to give them an idea of how to shortlist the providers and one of our network members had experience in legal process outsourcing firsthand and was able to help with an input on how to shortlist the companies and the suggestions for some of the best suited providers for their requirement.
Example No. 4:
A company in US wanted to build their business growth plan –a strategic business plan, and they were not sure about certain aspects on how to build their growth in the emerging markets of Asia and they wanted someone who had an understanding of the market dynamics in Asia and a good understanding of the technology at a global level and one of our network members was able to help them in their requirement.
Example No. 5:
One of the investment companies in US wanted to make investments in power sector in India and they wanted to get inputs on which were the best candidates for investment over a five-year horizon and one of our network members is an active investor in the Indian market and actively tracks the power sector developments and was able to help this investment company with clear inputs on the power sector in India, its challenges and also the best placed companies that could be used for investment for the investment company in US. We believe this consultation helped the client very much.
Example No. 6:
An Indian pharmaceutical company wanted to get FDA clearance and they wanted someone who had an understanding of the FDA rules very much because they were going in for FDA certification in the near future and one of our network members who had experience in FDA certifications with large pharmaceutical companies was able to consult them on some specific points to be kept in mind.
Example No. 7:
One of the companies in Australia wanted to find long-term contracts for their mines and minerals because they were so far selling a majority in the spot market and the spot market prices were fluctuating more than what they wanted and as their growth strategy they wanted to have a larger share of their revenue coming from annual contracts or quarterly contracts and one of our network members had expertise and business connections in this area and was able to give them an advice on how to be able to grow a larger revenue from the quarterly and annual contracts and switch a bit away from spot pricing using his experiences in that industry.
Example No. 8:
An investment company in Europe wanted to invest in the Indian IT services sector and they wanted a basket of companies to invest in rather than one company and one of our network members had experience at an executive level in Indian IT services industry and is also an active investor in multiple companies and was able to advise on the factors to be kept in mind for investing in Indian IT services companies and of timeframes that will make best investment and also the best placed players for investments along with a couple of younger IT services companies which were not on the radar of this European investment firm that could also be used for investments. So this was again a big value addition for this European investment firm and we believe they derived much benefit from this consultation.
